3 easy steps to take care of your hair during summer holiday
Summer=holiday=fun=leisure=sun and we could go on like this until we reach the point when we talk about summer/sun/salted waters and all the effects these “ingredients” have on our hair. A few days ago we took some advice regarding the skin and how we can protect it during long flights.

While on vacation we expose our hair to the sun and water and we are tempted to wash it more often than usual. Our hairstyle has to look nice even though we are on the beach in a faraway island or we have dinner in a nice and fancy restaurant. On the other hand, to have this nice look, your hair has to be healthy so my best advice is to try and weight things. This is what I’ve learned from my hair stylist and what I do when I go on holiday:

2. Our hair needs very good care in the summer, especially when we expose ourselves on the beach. Use products made for this time of the year, thermal protection sprays and do not forget the conditioner and hair mask every time you wash your hair, to moisturize and restructure it. Washing the hair has to be done gentle by massaging the scalp and then going down to the hair. Try not to tangle it when washing because it becomes easy to break.
3. Our diet plays a very important role in our hair health. Everything you eat is reflected on your hair. Like the skin, the hair needs a proper diet as well, without it not even the most expensive shampoo or hair treatment can help you. The specialists say so, and indeed, in order for you to maintain the health, color, freshness of your hair, you must be careful to what, how and when you eat. It is essential that you include in your menu a variety of fruits and vegetables which are full of vitamins and antioxidants, whole grains for minerals, nuts and seeds for vitamins and meat for iron.
